Refund Policy

Effective: October 2025

1. Digital Services

For custom digital services (web design, development, etc.), we require a 50% deposit to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus $100 admin fee
  • After work begins: Refund based on work completed (hourly rate)
  • Service not as described: Partial refund if we cannot fix the issue

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind after work starts
  • Delays caused by client
  • Third-party costs (hosting, domains, licenses)
  • Approved final deliverables
  • Requests 30 days after completion

4. Revisions

Each project includes 2-3 revision rounds. Contact us with concerns before requesting a refund.

5. Subscription Services

Cancel anytime, but no refunds for current billing period. Services continue until the end of your paid cycle.

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for refunds from third-party providers (hosting, domains, software).

7. Refund Process

  1. Email admin@naimstudio.com with project details
  2. We review within 5-7 business days
  3. If approved, refunds processed within 10-14 business days
  4. Refunds issued to original payment method

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
