Your Content: You keep all rights to content you provide.

Our Work: You own final deliverables after full payment. We can use them in our portfolio.

Our Tools: We keep rights to our templates, code libraries, and methods.

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit to start most projects
• Final payment due on completion
• Late payments may have fees
• We can withhold work until paid

6. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates. Delays from client feedback or scope changes may extend deadlines.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our services.

8. Termination

• Either party can cancel with written notice
• You pay for work completed
• Deposits are non-refundable after work starts

9. Confidentiality

We won't share your confidential information, except as needed for your project or required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Mexico law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
